Data Conversions for Lytec, AltaPoint, and AgileEMR™
 
NVIT, LLC is now offering data conversions previously performed by Agile Professional Technology, LLC from older versions of Lytec, Medisoft™, or Reimbursement Manager™ 7 (IAMS®) to the latest version of AltaPoint with or without transactions are done at very low flat rates.

We can assist users of Lytec Dental 6.5 and older to convert to a new AltaPoint Dental system including transactions at a low flat rate per database.

We can also assist users of older versions of Lytec Medical, Lytec Chiropractic, and Reimbursement Manager 7 convert their data up to a new Lytec system on an hourly fee basis.

Basic conversions of databases from many other systems into a new Lytec, AltaPoint, or AgileEMR database are done for flat rates depending on the size and normally include patient demographics, insured parties,  insurance companies, and more.  We typically do not recommend converting transaction information from most systems because the ways in which transaction information is organized in source and destination systems vary so dramatically that it is not practical.  We can typically provide this information in separate spreadsheets or in the patient notes area for reference purposes when necessary.

We have recently done conversions from Reimbursement Manager 7, Reimbursement Manager 8, Reimbursement Manager 9, Visionary™, Medaxxis™, Advanced MD™, WinMedStat™ by Compusolutions™, RainTree™, Chiro 7000  & Chiro 8000™ by Forte Systems™,  Medical Manager™, Eclipse™, FoxMed/PCH™,  PAS-3, DBConsultants ASPC®, Medisoft, PracticePro QuickPractice™, MicroFour PracticeStudio®, Cerner Wisdom™, EyeCom®2, OfficeMate®, RLISYS, EZFrame®, VantageMed® Helper®, Eon Systems TPS™ 2000, and many, many more.

Data Repair/Recovery Work

Database cleanup and repair work is typically done on an hourly basis keeping turn-around-time to a minimum.  Projects that can be planned in advance can often be completed over an evening or weekend to minimize and even avoid downtime.  We understand how vital it is to get problems with the AltaPoint or Lytec database of a busy office resolved as quickly as possible.
