Low-Cost Data Conversion Services [Services]
Data conversions from older versions of Lytec, Medisoft, or Reimbursement Manager 7 (IAMS®) to the latest version of
AltaPoint with or without transactions are done at very low flat rates. 

Conversions from many other systems to Lytec, AgileEMR, or AltaPoint are done for flat rates depending on the size of the  database, and typically include patient demographic information, insured parties, insurance companies, appointments, referring  physicians, treatment facilities, and more. 

 We typically do not recommend converting transaction information from most systems because the ways in which transaction information is organized in source and destination systems vary so dramatically that it is not practical to do so.  However,  transaction information can often be converted in various limited forms for reference purposes depending on the source.
